We stand behind our products. Here is our refund policy:

Physical Products — 30-Day Returns

Return conditions

• Item in original, unused condition with tags attached
• Original packaging intact
• All accessories and documentation included

Process

1. Email us at test@test2.fr with your order number
2. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours
3. Ship the item back
4. Refund issued within 14 days of receiving the return

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 3–10 business days for your bank to process it.

Non-Refundable Items

• Final sale or clearance items
• Custom/personalised items (unless defective)
• Gift cards

Custom-made items

Items made to order or personalised to your specifications (engraving, custom printing, on-demand configuration…) are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except in case of a conformity defect (art. 16 c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
