Terms of Sale — Arabic Language Academy

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of physical and/or digital products on Arabic Language Academy.

2. Seller

3. Prices

All prices are shown in EUR inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time; the price valid at checkout applies.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Payment is processed securely. Orders are confirmed once payment is approved.

5. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours. Estimated delivery: 3–10 days. A tracking number is provided upon dispatch.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to return items without giving a reason. Items must be returned in original condition. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

7. Warranties

All products carry legal guarantees of conformity. For any issue contact test@test2.fr.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Custom-made items

Items made to order or personalised to your specifications (engraving, custom printing, on-demand configuration…) are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except in case of a conformity defect (art. 16 c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
